Reading Proverbs Through October
On Thursday, Pastor Tim gave an invitation on his blog to read through Proverbs from now through October, reading one of the 31 Proverbs each day. “By the time we get to October, we will have read Proverbs almost 3 times.” You might as well join us. Leave a comment on my blog and on Pastor Tim’s so he knows you’re doing it too.
I think my goal with this is to do at least one (possibly short) blog post each day regarding a verse (or more) that stuck out to me. Sometimes I might just write a sentence or two. Other times I may do more lengthy expositions. But my goal is to journal/blog about the adventure for the next few months.
Likely, these entries will always be one day behind. I’ll read the chapter for the corresponding day in the evening, and make my post the following day. For example, today is July 13, so my forthcoming post will be about Proverbs 12 since I read that last night.
